- Shipping location and delivery time
All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Croatia.
After placing an order, we will complete the inventory preparation and shipment within 15 to 30 working days (there may be slight delays for customized products or promotional periods).
You will receive an email notification containing the logistics tracking number for easy order tracking. - Delivery range and cost
Supports global delivery. The specific shipping fee will be automatically calculated and settled based on the destination.
For orders within Croatia: Free shipping on standard delivery (or add your specific policy).
International orders: The customs duties/import taxes are borne by the buyer. It is recommended to learn about the local customs regulations in advance. - Logistics tracking and delay handling
After the logistics tracking number takes effect, you can check the status of your package in real time through the email link.
If the goods have not been dispatched within 30 days, please contact our customer service team at capital@parehatcap.com and we will handle it first. - Returns, exchanges and undelivered packages
In case of transportation damage or loss: After providing photo evidence, we will resend or refund it free of charge.
Return due to incorrect address: The shipping fee needs to be paid again for re-shipment. - Precautions

Make sure the delivery address is accurate. Missing or incorrect filling may affect the delivery time.
